It can be scary and give you the urge to bail.

Life is like a roller coaster, up and down,

The highs and lows, make you want to frown.

Life can be exciting, but it can also be tough,

It can be a challenge, and it can be rough.

Life is an adventure, and you have to be brave,

To face all its twists and turns, and whatever it may give.

Twists and turns of life, so hard to bear,

Feeling like you're stuck in a never-ending despair.

The journey of life can be full of grief,

And you can find yourself without any relief.

The struggles can be hard and can be long,

The pain and sadness can feel so strong.

But in the darkness, you must find a glimmer of light,

For soon the sun will come and make it all alright.

The twists and turns of life can be daunting and tough,

But with courage and strength, you'll find your way out of the rough.

So take life one day at a time,
